Vendor Onboarding & Professional Services Associate

As a Vendor Onboarding & Professional Services Lead supporting our Information Technology Team, you’ll Closely work with legal and other stakeholders to process all requests related to Cloud-based software, Professional Services, Telecom, and Software Evaluation globally. You will be Accountable for the end-to-end process of new and existing Professional & Managed Services onboarding/offboarding, including GR/IR process. You will also Generate NDAs in legal gateway and work with legal for redline review if required. You will also prepare purchase requisitions for professional & managed services and ensure all required Purchase Orders (PO) are issued to vendors on time.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Complete quarterly checks of POs funds to avoid POs running out of funds
  • Renew existing and create new professional services contracts.
  • Secure executive approvals and signatures related to contracts, SOW, appendices, and other contractual documents.
  • Maintain and assist with professional & managed services validation and ensure vendor invoices are paid on time.
  • Provides New IT vendors onboarding services to Infra, InfoSec, and R&D business units.
  • Processes SOW, Order Forms, Amendments, NDA’s.
  • Complete ownership of Contracts Management & Vendor Onboarding for both VMO & Infra.

  • Education/Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Vendor Onboarding processes. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of IT Master Service Agreements and Statement of Works.
  • Familiarity with creating purchase requisitions and approving invoices in SAP.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution skills with a passion for customers and a flair for inspiring others.
  • An eagerness to solve problems, influence key stakeholders and opinion leaders, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $112,800 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
